Being an educator is hard, regardless of what role you play. In 2021-2022, we provided a monthly series of Wellness Wednesday to allows educators the time to learn how to make wellness and self-care a priority throughout the school year. Each month consisted of different Wellness topics that educators can use to improve their personal well-being and the mental health and well-being of their students. The recordings from the 2021-2022 school year can be found below. Check back here for future events and other wellness activities and discussions.
